Who we are

TECH LAB Seth Tovey operates techlabshop.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

When you place an order: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your order.

When you contact us or sign up: your email address and anything you include in your message.

Automatically when you browse: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and general location derived from your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card information directly. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits.

Why we use it

To process, fulfil and deliver your orders
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery notices
To respond to customer service enquiries
To send marketing emails, where you've signed up
To detect and prevent fraud
To understand how our store is used so we can improve it
Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with:

Our supplier and fulfilment partners — your name and shipping address, so your order can be delivered
Stripe — to process payments
Our email provider — to send order and marketing emails
Analytics providers — to measure site usage
Some of these partners are located outside the United States, including our supplier partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

If you sign up for offers or leave items in your cart, we may email you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Order-related emails are transactional and will still be sent.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email Supporttechlabb@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
