Agreement

By using techlabshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This store is operated by Seth Tovey, trading as TECH LAB.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us.

Products

We do our best to display products accurately, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and in real life. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed — if we do, we'll contact you and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the corrected price.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept card payments processed securely by Stripe, along with other methods shown at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

Discount codes

Promotional codes are valid only as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, one code applies per order. We may cancel orders where a code has been used fraudulently or in a way it was not intended.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Don't use our store to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Our content

All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to TECH LAB or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OREGON, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the revision date on this page reflects the current version.
